Official synopsis

In the 90’s, Paul takes his first steps in the Parisian night life. Captivated by music, he creates “Cheers”, a DJ band, with his best friend. From Paris to New York, their ascent is quick, euphoric, dangerous and their fall very brutal. Inspired by her brother Sven, Mia Hansen-Løve shows the emergence of the "French Touch", a musical trend which became famous with bands like Air, Mr. Oizo or Daft Punk.
