Official synopsis
Lubicchi lives among large chimneys whose thick smoke has always covered the sky of his city. He’d like to prove to everyone that his father was telling the truth and that there are stars beyond the clouds. One Halloween night, the little chimney sweep meets Poupelle, a strange creature with whom he decides to explore the sky.

Biography and Filmography
Yusuke Hirota joined STUDIO4ºC in 2001. He was the first director of computer graphics for the television series “Piroppo” (2001, directed by Katsuhito Ishii), then on many productions including the “Animatrix - BEYOND” (2003), “Genius Party - BABY BLUE” (2007), “Genius Party Beyond - MOONDRIVE” (2008), “Berserk L'âge d'or Arc 1 - L'oeuf du roi” and “Harmony” (2015) of which he is also the co-director. “Poupelle” (2020) is her first feature film as a director.
