Official synopsis

In this highly regarded first feature film by Justine Triet, Laetitia Dosch plays a journalist who witnesses the divisions France is exposed to during the 2012 presidential elections, which pitted Hollande against Sarkozy. In more than real settings, the tension between two parents - with an unstable father trying to see his children again - is played out just as much as the political division of a country. The film’s incredible energy perfectly portrays political and romantic tensions.. “Age of Panic” also offers Laetitia Dosch one of her first big-screen breaks.
