Official synopsis
Behind the walls of a motorhome, cousins play "Truth or Dare". Alcohol loosens the tongues and childish play soon gives way to discomfort. By favoring improvisation, Lola Cambourieu and Yann Berlier (“Automne malade”, which was screened at the FIFIB in 2019) deploy a personal and radical aesthetic. A gesture of raw and uncompromising cinema that gives birth to emotion through tension.
Biography and Filmography
Lola Cambourieu studied drama at the Cours Florent and at the Conservatoire de Seine-Saint-Denis. After acting and directing plays, she turned to filmmaking.
Yann Berlier holds a Master's Degree in Political Philosophy and Applied Ethics. After teaching philosophy, he chose to devote himself to cinema.
Their first two short films, “Panthère” (2018) and “Automne malade” (2019), have been selected and awarded prizes at numerous festivals. “Family Game” is their third short film.
