A few conversations on the eve of the first alien landing on Earth. Migrations from one human group to the other, a wild medium-length film where research and aesthetic collide with a cosmic love quest. We are all little stars.
Biography and Filmography
An author and a director, Selim Bentounes directed the first three trailers of the FIFIB (with Adèle Haenel, Ariane Labed and Golshifteh Farahani). He then directed “Eaux Vives” (with Solène Rigot), his first short film, presented at the Pantin Festival and winner of the Cinephile Jury Prize at the Digne Festival. He worked on a cycle of self-produced films with “Petit Cosmos”, a collective medium-length film presented at the FIFIB in the Contrebande selection and at Cinalfama in Lisbon. His next short film, “Petit Coeur”, was selected by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Film Workout. He’s currently finishing the post-production of “Méphistophélès”, his new short film, and is also developing his first feature film.
