Hunter, a newly pregnant housewife, finds herself compelled to consume increasingly dangerous objects. While her husband and his family tighten their control over her life, she finds herself confronted to a dark secret. “Swallow” is Carlo Mirabella-Davis’s first fiction feature film.
Biography and Filmography
Born and raised in New York City, Carlo Mirabella-Davis graduated from the Graduate Film Program at the NYU Tisch School of Arts. His short, “Knife Point”, premiered at Sundance. He then co-directed the feature documentary, “The Swell Season”, which premiered at Tribeca in 2011. “Swallow” is his first feature-length fiction film.
