Official synopsis

Frankie, a young director, is fascinated by her grandmother, her story as a survivor and her cheerful personality. She wants to immortalize her as a fictional heroine for her film, but the other members of the family desperately want to get involved in the project. Frankie Wallach is the driving force behind this heartfelt and moving film about intergenerational ties. Funded in large part thanks to a crowdfunding campaign, her first feature film is a fascinating reflection on speech and the act of creation, propelled by the light of its actress-director.
